Our policies
These are the rules we work by on every order. Please read them before you place an order — they cover testing and refunds, shipping days, payments and damage claims.
Shipping days & Saturday cutoff
- We process and ship Monday through Saturday.
- Saturday 5:00 PM Pacific is the weekly cutoff. Orders paid and confirmed after that ship on Monday.
- Once your payment is confirmed, your order ships within 24 hours.
- Tracking is emailed automatically as soon as the label is scanned.
BAC water
- No limit on BAC water — add as many boxes as you need to any order.
- BAC water can also be ordered on its own, with no peptide purchase required.
Certificates of analysis
- We issue purity COAs only — HPLC purity with lot number, test date and analyst sign-off. We do not sell sterility or endotoxin documents.
- COAs can be white-labeled with your company name on eligible products.
- COAs are released for products your account has ordered, and are attached to the order in your portal.
Small-order processing fee
- Orders with a product subtotal below $500 are subject to a 5% processing fee.
- This fee applies to every payment method — card, Zelle and bank transfer — not just card payments.
- The fee is calculated on the product subtotal before shipping and is shown clearly in your cart and checkout summary.
- The easiest way to avoid it is to combine products so your order total reaches $500 or more.
Payment terms
- Orders are not processed until payment is confirmed. Upload your payment receipt in the portal so we can match it quickly.
- We send a payment reminder 12 hours and 24 hours after an unpaid order is placed. After that our team will call to follow up.
- Unpaid orders may be cancelled to release inventory.
- Individual accounts have a $1,000 minimum order. Wholesale/brand pricing applies to approved business accounts only.
Damaged or incorrect shipments
- Report damage, breakage or a missing item within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the box, packing and vials.
- Once verified, we replace the affected units on the next shipping run at no charge.
- We cannot accept returns of opened or temperature-abused product.
Research use only
- All products are supplied strictly for laboratory research purposes. Not for human or animal consumption.
- All vials ship without labels — product images in the catalog are for demonstration purposes only.
- By ordering you confirm you are a qualified buyer and accept the terms of the signed wholesale agreement.
